Watercolours Yacht Review

In this review:

Motor Yacht “Watercolours” has had a very unique past. Launched in 1991, she was the first yacht (Hull #1) to be launched from Trinity Yachts, so proud of their first built, she was destined to be purchased back by Trinity in 2003 and was enjoyed by the owner of Trinity for his personal use until 2006.

During this time “Watercolours” completed an extensive refit period completed by Trinity in their New Orleans yard.

The current owner purchased the yacht in 2007, and once again sent her back to Trinity to redesign the interior.

During these yard periods almost $3.5 million was spent on bringing the boat to “better than new” condition, major items included repowering the yacht with CAT 3412 main engines, 10’ extension to the hull and extended the flybridge, new sewage treatment plant, multiple rebuilt systems and an all new main deck interior.

As “Watercolours” stands today, she is again in need of some TLC and another refit period.

The interior and engineering spaces are in relatively good condition as they saw the majority of work previously, now in need of paint, resealing windows, attention to teak and capping rails, “Watercolours” presents a great opportunity for a new owner to benefit from a motivated seller, and put the finishing touches to a beautiful yacht.
