Hi. Welcome to this week’s Insider Yacht Review. This is the brief roundup of the three boats that we have for you today. Now, we’ve got three great trawler, almost expedition style boats for you this week so great, great review. Now, if you’re watching this on YouTube, then towards the end of the video, we’ll be putting up some links, just on the right hand side here through to the individual full length reviews. Just down below this window will be a link over to insideryachting.com where all of the great information and full details and things are there now. If you’re already on the web site, then down below this window are the thumbnails for the individual reviews. Remember, we’ve got Yachtpaks already created and ready to go for each of these boats that we have for you this week and also every boat that is currently for sale on the market so bear that in mind as you watch the reviews.
Lady Victoria Let’s take a look at the boats that we have for you this week. Now, we start off with Lady Victoria. She’s an 88 foot Rayburn boat. Now, Rayburn builds some great, great boats. They don’t build many boats but what they do put out on the market is fantastic quality. You remember we did a review of Splash, which was a 100 foot, very similar to Lady Victoria. She was built in 2004, 88 feet in length, 21 feet is the beam. She has a nice shallow draft of only five foot. She is a fiberglass hull. The two other reviews that we have for you today. They’re both steel hulls and aluminum superstructure. This is the most trawler-like out of the three that we have for you today whereas the others are a bit more towards the expedition end of the scale. Now, she has full state rooms, beautiful state rooms. In fact, all of the interior throughout Lady Victoria is all done in beautiful mahogany, teak and holly, some maple in there as well. Very, very intricate details to all of the ceiling work and the coffers and just a very beautiful, comfortable environment to be in. A beautiful country style kitchen in this one as well. She’s currently for sale. She’s asking $3,000,995. She’s here in the states. She’s in South Carolina. Very easy to show and great option for people who are looking to really live aboard their boats. That’s what all the boats that we’ve got for you this week, are great live aboard options.
Miss Lisa The next one that we have for you is Miss Lisa. Now, Miss Lisa is built by a manufacturer called Citadel. They haven’t put an awful lot out on market and in fact this was a one off custom build. The original builder put an awful lot of money into the build of this boat. Whoever gets it now is going to be getting a fantastic deal as far as the product that you’re getting for the price. She’s 92 feet long, has a great beam at 25 and a half feet, she is a steel hull. I believe the draft is about eight and a half feet, so it’s not a shallow draft but really has really great sea going capabilities. With a cruising range of 4,000 nautical miles, you can really go anywhere in this boat but it’s the interior of Miss Lisa that really makes her stand out from the rest. The main salon and the kitchen that the galley is really one open space, it’s a great, almost feels like a ski lodge inside this boat. It’s a beautiful, beautiful interior. It has four state rooms, has a great master with a king, has two queens and a twin. In fact. Lady Victoria had the same layout as well but with the overall volume inside Miss Lisa, you’re really getting the same interior volume that you would expect to see on a much, much larger boat. She’s here in Florida. She’s currently asking $8,950,000. Great, great option for people that are looking to cruise far and wide in the lap of luxury so it’s a beautiful interior on this one.
C1 The last out the three that we have for you today is C1. This is a boat that’s launched in 2003. It’s had a big refit done in 2010. She’s 96 feet long. The beam is 23, almost 24 feet, 23 feet eight inches. Again, fairly deep on the draft, just over seven feet but she is a steel hull, aluminum superstructure but the steel thickness that they’ve used in this boat is actually the equivalent you’d see in a 200 plus foot mega yacht so the seaworthiness of C1 is far greater than other boats of comparable size. In the refit that she had done in 2010, they added a certain amount of keel and a bulbous bow to her to improve on that seagoing capabilities. She’s currently for sale. She’s here. She’s asking $7,500,000. She’s here in South Florida. She has a three stateroom layout. She has a king and a master, a queen and another twin. Again, the interior is beautiful, the same as the other two boats. A great options for someone looking to live aboard the boat and go as far and wide as possible. In fact, C1 has a 5,000 mile range to her. She’s very green. They actually install things like an overnight generator that runs on hot water rather than internal combustion. Plenty of batteries on board, a very green boat with everything that you can do with today’s technology that was installed in 2010. Fantastic, fantastic boat.
All three of them this week are all like I said, great options for maybe a more mature audience that’s looking just to get away from the hustle and bustle and disappear for a few years on their yacht. As I mentioned, the full length reviews are, if you are on the web site, they’re down below. If you’re on YouTube, then you should see them over here on the right hand side.
